Thank you for reporting your education and volunteer hours! You can log your hours monthly, every 6 months, at the end of the calendar year or any variation that works best for you as long as the hours are reported.
Hours for the 2018 calendar year must be submitted no later than January 18th, 2019. If you have any questions at all, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are a part of any Minnesota Tree Care Advocate Program, here is your hub for submitting volunteer hours. You can find more details in the form about how and where to report specific activities. A video will be available Monday, January 29th, 2018 to walk you through how to use the form.
To stay an active Tree Care Advisor, make sure to complete 25 hours of volunteerism each year under the forestry umbrella. If you are a Citizen Pruner or Tree Steward, you are required to complete 10 hours of volunteerism each year to stay active.

If you are a Tree Care Advisor, you can access the new Education Hours Form to enter all hours for 2018. Yes, this form only asks for one education entry at one time. However, once you submit the form, look for 'Submit Another Response' to share about the additional Education Hours that you need to submit.
To remain an active Tree Care Advisor, make sure to complete 4 hours of education each year from a reputable organization that provides research-based information. For more information on what education applies, check out the Become a TCA page.
